The different specialized physiotherapy laboratories are equipped with cutting-edge facilities for students’ training of theoretical and practical skills to qualify as professional Physiotherapists.

Housed with technologically advanced Digital Virtual Dissection System to enhance students’ learning experience in nursing and healthcare education.

Nursing Skills Education Units

Equipped with low-fidelity simulators, basic nursing care equipment and facilities like a real ward setting which provides a partial context of clinical environment training.

Virtual Reality Education Units

Housed with state-of-the-art VR teaching systems that can simulate different scenarios to allow students to immerse in virtual environment for professional healthcare training.

Chinese Medicinal Nursing Education Unit

Equipped with various specialized equipment including human acupuncture simulators and tools for preparing nursing students with professional knowledge and clinical skills to practice Chinese medicinal nursing.

Clinical Simulation Education Units

Furnished with different types of simulators, control racks and recording systems for advanced and interactive nursing skills training, as well as assessment of the nursing and clinical competency of students.

Child Development Centre

The Child Development Centre is a joint-collaboration initiative of Hong Kong Metropolitan University (HKMU) and The Heep Hong Society to provide professional services to children with special educational needs (SEN) and training for students of HKMU.

With an oval-shaped design and state-of-the-art facilities, the Conference Hall is an ideal venue for hosting major University events and meetings.

With a capacity of 300 seats, the lecture theatre offers a collaborative teaching and learning space for staff and students with advanced audio-visual facilities.

Jockey Club Grand Theatre

An ideal venue for hosting seminars, lectures, performances and meetings. It is well-equipped with professional audio-visual equipment and facilities, and can accommodate up to 400 people.

A range of sports facilities and activity rooms are provided for students to maintain balance between life and study.

The Academic Concourse provides convenient access between floors. The high-ceiling curtain walls allow sunlight to brighten up the area, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment for both students and staff members.
